The Spiral, a 66-story office tower developed by Tishman Speyer and designed by renowned architects Bjarke Ingels Group in collaboration with Adamson Associates and WSP Cantor Seinuk, is a landmark of innovation and sustainability. Opened in 2023, the building visually extends the greenery of the nearby High Line Park along its exterior with cascading outdoor terraces accessible from every floor.
