Important Information – 3D Secure Authentication
Our booking system uses 3D Secure screening to help protect against fraud. Before starting your booking, please ensure you have the following ready:
- The CV2 (security) code for your payment card
- The correct billing address and postcode registered to the card
- Access to the cardholder, who may need to receive and enter an authentication code sent via SMS or email
In the event that you are charged slightly more on your card than the ticket price, this may be due to a foreign transaction fee applied by your card issuer. WORKTECH Events only charges the amount displayed at checkout.
Distribution of Tickets
Please be aware that we do not issue a physical ticket to the events. You will receive delegate joining instructions 1-2 weeks before the event via email, and there will be a badge ready for you at the registration desk on the day.
