Our booking system uses 3D Secure screening to help protect against fraud. Before starting your booking, please ensure you have the following ready:
- The CV2 (security) code for your payment card
- The correct billing address and postcode registered to the card
- Access to the cardholder, who may need to receive and enter an authentication code sent via SMS or email
Payments are processed through our UK-based payment provider. Depending on your bank or card issuer, international transaction fees and/or currency conversion charges may apply. These charges are determined by your bank and are not retained by us.
Distribution of Tickets
Please be aware that we do not issue a physical ticket to the events. You will receive delegate joining instructions 1 – 2 weeks before the event via email, and there will be a badge ready for you at the registration desk on the day.
